     PLEASE READ:  If you intend to plea NOT GUILTY, you must notify the Court Administrator at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled court date indicated on the summons.  On the top right hand corner of your summons you will see the name of the Municipal Court you are to notify, Moonachie or Teterboro.  If you fail to notify the Court Administrator, it may be necessary for you to make two (2) court appearances.  Some violations require a mandatory Court appearance, this will be indicated on the summons next to the Court date.   2023 Court Dates may be listed below or you can contact the Court.   Please call the Court if you have questions regarding your summons or court procedures.
 
     THE BELLOW  BUTTON/LINK WILL REDIRECT YOU TO NJ MUNICIPAL COURTS DIRECT  Note About Paying Tickets Online:  You need to reference your summons to pay the summons online.  Once you receive a summons - it may take some time before it is entered into the Municipal Court computer system.  Only after it has been entered into the Municipal Court System may you pay the summons online.  You can always pay the Municipal Court Clerk by responding to the Moonachie Court Violations Office or Teterboro Violations Office during the hours of 8:30am and 3:30pm Monday - Friday.
